Wow, it’s been a long time since this place was updated! But all is well, I’m alive, & I’m back!
There have been some major changes to Fanwich.com! There’s a new layout, the links are more organized, & there has even been some site additions! Check that out!
Total Cena has finally gotten a new layout. I finally found one I like & can manage, so I think I’m going to stick with this one for awhile. Total Orton still has the same layout. I still like it & it still fits Randy Orton, so I haven’t seen a reason to change it up right now. Both sites have recently gone through changes regarding how I will update in the future, so check those out!
Fan stuff…
I recently went to WWE Smackdown & ECW live. I had a blast. You can read more about that by clicking here. My Mother & I will be attending WWE Backlash. So far, it’s supposed to still be in our hometown. I’m hoping there are no changes. It will be my first WWE Wrestling Pay Per View [attending in person], so I’m really excited about that.
Recently saw Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street in the theaters. I wasn’t so sure if I wanted to see it or not, but I’m glad I did because I ended up liking it. I recommened it. Yes, it’s a musical. But it’s good.
I think that’s it for now. I’ll try to keep active here as much as I possibly can. Always check back here & Fanwich.com! You never know what will be added!

“Yes. As a matter of fact, I believe it was.”
I saw Halloween [Rob Zombie’s version] the other night. I wanted to give my review or opinion of it. Since fanwich.com is about my fansites & entertainment, I figured I’d post it here.
There are no spoilers, & please don’t respond with any. Be considerate to those who don’t want to know.
You don’t have to agree with my review, just be respectful.
This was actually written [by me] on September 1st, 2007 & posted elsewhere. I’m just copying & pasting it here.
I saw the new Halloween flick tonight. I’ll give my review of it without spoiling it.
If you’re going in expecting to see the original; a complete copy of the first one. Every scene & line…then don’t go. Don’t get me wrong, it had it’s similarities, but it also had it’s differences. I’d say go see it with an open mind & don’t expect to see a copy of the original.
If you don’t like too much blood…then you might want to re-think going. Remember, this is Rob Zombie’s version. It wasn’t as bad as House of 1000 Corpses or The Devil’s Rejects though. But it had its moments.
And if you don’t like a lot of cursing, then you might want to cover your ears.
If you want to see a Michael Myers flick - then by all means, go. I’d call it a prequel & sort of a re-make. Rob Zombie’s version of the story.
No, there will never be another Jamie Lee Curtis or Donald Pleasance [Rest in Peace]; those are big shoes to fill, especially for the Halloween series. But I think the actors & actresses did well.
I think it was good; seeing the other side of Michael. What he was like as a child. What could have possibly made him snap. And as far as Michael being a brutal killer; it definitely held to that.
I’m also glad that Rob kept in the original music. That would’ve disappointed me the most if he hadn’t.
I can’t say too much without spoiling the movie, so I’m going to leave it at this. There are some things I wish would’ve stuck to the original. I’m not going to lie about that. However, I will say that I didn’t go home disappointed. I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting this on DVD. I have all the others, so I may as well get this one anyways lol. I liked it though.
And for anyone planning to go - don’t go by reviews. See it & make up your own mind. That’s what I did.
